Ms. Realin, a native of Poland, attended law school in Europe, where she received recognition as an outstanding alumna.  Ms. Realin clerked for two judges in both civil and criminal divisions of the Warsaw Superior Court.  She also has an LL.M. degree in Comparative Law from the University of San Diego, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2009.  Ms. Realin worked for a certified appellate law specialist in San Diego for five years.  Subsequently, Ms. Realin was an associate at a San Diego consumer class action firm, where she represented consumers in class actions against large corporations, specifically in the area of deceptive food labeling.  The prominent cases Ms. Realin worked on include false advertising class actions against the maker of a Nutella® spread (In re Ferrero Litigation, Case No. 11-cv-205-H-CAB (S.D. Cal.)), and against French homeopathic giant Boiron (Gallucci, et al. v. Boiron, Inc., et al., Case No. 3:11-CV-2039 JAH NLS (S.D. Cal.)).  Since joining the Markham Law Firm in January of 2013, Ms. Realin has focused on representing employees in wage and hour class actions. On January 1, 2019, Ms. Realin has been elevated to the position of partner at The Markham Law Firm.
